Public bug reported: I was using kernel 4.19.20 with ubuntu 18.10 and it was working fine. Upgraded to 19.04 and it now boots approximately one attempt every 5. Doesn't depend on the kernel I choose (I have both 4.19.20 and 5.0.0 installed). If I use the default Ubuntu boot entry, I get a black s
