After removing fglrx everything was fine. I did it before after reading
this answer http://askubuntu.com/questions/202857/cant-install-ati-
proprietary-drivers-in-12-10 .

Maybe in bug description I wrote not correctly with compiz. After
installing fglrx and logging to

After updating from Ubuntu 12.04 to 12.10. There is problem with compiz.
I tried to install ATI 12.04 drivers by creating deb packages.
There are some warnings during building deb packages.
fglrx crashes on installation.

I confirm this on 10.04. I have KM400 card:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: VIA Technologies, Inc. VT8378 [S3 UniChrome]
Integrated Video (rev 01).
Ubuntu starts in low graphics mode with error just as in first post. When i
press 'Cancel' screen turns black and monitor says No signal. I can't
