i have the same issue lucid freeze at anytime the reasons are different

Tested an up to date Lucid as for 2010-03-09 on my T30. I can actually

Last week I tried the touch-base driver (www.touch-base.com) and with a
lot of help from their support, I managed to get the eTurboTouch
(22b9:0008) on my Medion (Akoya P4010) working. Couldn't hold out on
this. Attached is their driver that did it for me.

This is with the 20100113 lucid i386 livecd on a Thinkpad T30.
The livecd will not boot to the desktop. Selecting "install" from the
boot menu will install lucid, but after typing in password at gdm
screen, desktop session will not start.

Here's my lshal.out. and lsusb. I have a eTurboTouch screen (in Medion
Akoya P4010) and tried to use the TurboTouch (Linux) drivers from their
site. Still no touch response whatsoever.

issue that the display flickers. I have chosen to revert back to Hardy
Heron.

I have a Dell OptiPlex 620 running in headless mode, with no display
connected. Looking at the Xorg.0.log I am experiencing similar issue.
This was only noticed last night as I don't have a display attached. I
did not have this issue three weeks ago, one of the updates in the
interim has triggered
I compiled from the source and experienced the same problem using Karmic
and an Intel graphics card. I think it is gnome/gtk related when I look
at the backtrace.
