I confirm the bug on my HP Pavilion dv6000. Ubuntu 10.04 LTS (lucid). Kernel Linux 2.6.32-24-generic-pae. GNOME 2.30.2
When I press the touch pad disable button the keyboard and the external usb mouse stop working and the laptop need to be hard rebooted. It is outrageous to have such big in a LTS, the bug did not exist on Ubuntu 9.10 and before. -- Keyboard does not work when touchpad disable button pressed https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/571638 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-input-synaptics in ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
