Same problem amd same card as T meyer. The same bug appears on my NVIDIA GeForce GT 525M with NVIDIA-Current drivers. The System (11.04) just starts Ubuntu-Classic and the driver is activated but not in use (jockey). When i edit the xorg.conf File by adding "Driver nv" or "Driver nvidia" the system is unable to boot the x server.
