The session worked fine, I logged out, I was going to test another login
option, I unfortitaly did not choose another option to log in as. So it
was logging back in as the ubuntu 2d environment. The login never
completed, the screen went completely blank with only the mouse

when the mouse is in a programs window, it dissapears, and only comes
back when I move the mouse. It also happens when a program like update
manager, or even the bug reporter is working, it dissapears even if it
is not in the programs window.

for the power management program does not appear, however the name of
the program is visable, and if you click on it, it highlights a box, so
