Seems to be related to module 'sony_laptop' after blacklisting it (see below) the problem is not showing up any longer. --- How to blacklist: sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf append the following line "balcklist sony_laptop" save, exit and reboot. Module should not appear in the load
