Hmm, connecting on another machine through ssh and running the trace steps, if I try to switch users the computer goes to a black screen. It kills the session I'm attempting to switch from and never loads the one I'm attempting to switch to. Since it mostly happens when I'm switching users this is a bit of a problem. Will continue to try to reproduce and retrieve backtrace
