I'm using Xorg-edgers ppa and mine works well (two finger scroll, click
and drag, etc), I believe X-swat might work as well, but I'm not sure
(if you don't like living in the edge).

In my case, I have a MBP 8.1 (early 2011). The physical buttons are
absent and I never got along well with tap-to-click.
Should we file a new bug on this?

I'm using precise x64, latest xserver-xorg-input-synaptics upgrade (to
version 1.5.99~git20120223-0ubuntu1) breaks two-finger click (actually,
triple click as well).
Obs.: This recent patch enabled a enhanced click-and-drag using two
fingers amongst other things.

Hmmm, a new problem however, "two-finger click -> right click" no longer works.

I'll look for a bug report with these characteristics, otherwise, should I file
