This bugs affects my m3800 on Ubuntu 15.10 with Unity desktop. Flickering seen
with linux kernel 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4.
No flickering only when I run kernel 3.19

The backlight brightness can not be adjusted with FN backlight hotkeys
while a indicator will be shown on the top right corner of the screen.
