sure which one. For now I'm closing and will reopen if it shows back up.

You are incorrect the kernel patch is *NOT* in proposed. It is in the
tree but not in proposed. This most likely will not make the cut for an
Intrepid SRU. We are only enabling HW on Jaunty.
Additionally if this did get passed by the SRU team you will not see it
for another few months
