generic modesetting driver with glamor, so this is probably unrelated to

When trying to switch windows to fast it seems like X froze. I coulds
still move the mouse until I tried to get X back with sysrq+k, after
that it was frozen solid and top showed an Xorg process using 90% CPU. I
had to stop kdm

incompatibility which causes the driver to not start at all.
