Thanks that worked. I did install fglrx at some point but I did not know
it would cause any trouble.

Hi, this is the errors I'm getting when I'm using the glxinfo | grep direct
command, I would like to know how I can solve that,
My system was dist-upgraded from Karmic to Lucid.
glxinfo | grep direct
libGL: OpenDriver: trying
I reinstalled my distro to check if I would do anything. And I was
actually able to start another X session until I installed the
Restricted Prop. ATI Drivers. Thats where the problem is coming from I
guess.

I think it also affect gnome-lock-dialog-preferences.
When I try to switch to another user my screen freeze a little bit and I come
back to the lock dialog asking me for my password to log back into my first
session.
