Well,
I figured out how to fix that :
there was a kdedisplayrc config file in my .kde folder (like
.kde/share/app/config/)
I simply removed it, relogged and then the resolution was the same that the
login screen one,
and the right one by the way.
Then, I checked and the file didn't event appea
Well I'm sorry,
I found it was due to the enabling of the "clean startup" service from the
kubuntu control panel.
this one seems to act as if it was cleaning sorts of sockets created before by
ksmserver and consequently, this latter
can't find its own track and fell in some kind of login loop.
