Public bug reported: While I don't believe the initial upgrade to Bionic caused this, a series of power outages later (+4 in 2 days) and some possible data corruption, I no longer have the full display manager available, my 2 displays are mirrored (no option to change) and are running in less than optimal resolution (no option to go higher). Previously working fine with "stretched" display using onboard AMD graphics and standard Ubuntu driver.
