hereÅ› what i do to SCROLL when this bug kicks in.

Hold Left mouse button inside the window area (anywhere inside the
window u are looking to scroll) and then use the scoll. It works :).
Only drawback is, u have to keep holding the Left Mouse (or touchpad)
button to scroll.

I have one of those new touchpad that recognize gestures. There must be
a shortcut or something to disable scroll and enable scroll as when i
keep messing with the Touchpad by multi fingure tapping and few other
guestures, i sometimes get the scroll to work as normal. But bug kicks
in soon after.

Hope this bug will be fixed soon.
