No they are not, for a while now. They had been occurring about every 6
1/2 hours from last logout however, when they were happening.

Apparently random logouts since upgrading to 10.11. No obvious reason
behind them, although I have noticed that after the first in a 'set', if
I log back in immediately after, in most occasions it repeats the logout
within a minute or so. The Wi-fi has not reconnected by this
