Affects me too, on 13.10 with Intel HD 3000 and NVIDIA GT 540M
(bumblebee 3.2.1 and kernel 3.10.0.6)
It reproducable for both gnome-screenshot and ksnapshot from KDE. If I
select 'window area' in ksnapshot and than press 'take snapshot', target
window becomes black even before taking screenshot.
Bug not reproduced after update to the latest packages versions on
Ubuntu Saucy, nor with pure intel drivers neither with bumblebee
installed.
