*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 1390625 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1390625 My cursor was stuck that way ., it was approx 100px in size and a small version of the image I had open in Image viewer I clicked and moved my mouse while left clicked (drag) and my cursor turns
