Excactly the same bug occurs to me th elast few weeks. Logitec wireless mouse and keyboard on a logitec unifying receiver and only the mouse looses clicks while the keyboard keeps functioning. Switching to virtual consoles and back doens't do anything. Logout and back in will fix it so it almost looks like a userspace related issue ??
