Stuttering is not fixed. Only seems to happen while in discord and
playing the game.

Updated kernel to 5.7.12 and updated nvidia driver to 450 yesterday but
only experiencing this today.
Random stuttering while playing minecraft, no clue what's causing it but
I checked system monitor and it shows random spikes of a cpu thread to
100% and some spikes staying a
