As far as I checked 13.1 legacy do not provide script for Quantal, so you will need to do --buildpkg Ubuntu/precise instead of --buildpkg Ubuntu/quantal. Also X-Server 1.13 is still not supported. You will need to downgrade to 1.12.4. I am not sure how it support kernel 3.5 - will need to check
