I have the same problem with a 32bit Jaunty installation (upgraded from intrepid), with the latest stable 2.7.1 intel drivers and uxa from x-swat. I also tried the 2.6.30 kernel with the 2.7.1 drivers/uxa, same problem there. Not always, more like in 80% of the cases. Just tried the 32bit latest
