Still, also affects the ubuntu upgrade to 13.4.
I downgraded back to 12.10 in order to keep openGl working.

I suspect (I am not a mesa etc. specialist) sth wrong in the mesa lib, because
opengl ES isn't working correctly any more.
I had a WebGL app running nicely in FireFox and Chromium (Ubuntu 12.10).
I upgraded from 12.10(64bits) to 13.4 (64bits).
Now it

code (if ...).

My 2nd monitor (a Samsung SyncMaster 930BF) worked perfectly up to
kernel 3.5.0.19-generic. Starting from 3.5.0-21-generic up to now
(3.5.0-32-generic) the display is not usable. It just flickers very
rapidly, making it impossible to work with.

I was able to upgrade from Ubuntu 10.04 to 10.10 64 bit finally.
But it is even worse. gdm (X) doesn't start. I have an Intel graphics driver
and a LG E2350V HD monitor.
In the X.0.Log file I see : Screens found, but none have a usable configuration.
