I made a mistake in the previous post : 'to make SURE X won't crash'. I also changed enabled=0 to enabled=1 in /etc/default/apport and uncommented the last line in /lib/udev/rules.d/40-xserver-xorg-video- intel.rules (and then rebooted the computer) but apport wasn't triggered by the X crash. --
