Since 15.04 it is not possible to allow access control to a specific
user.
Tested with the current xubuntu 15.04 live iso file, it is the same problem.

I have the annoying bug, that my screen freeze sometimes and this for quite a
while right now. When I switch to a tty and back, everything is fine.
Maybe the same bug?
