This bug is really frustrating. I have reinstalled my system like 5 times and
still having this issue. what else would you want me to add? I can't get a
usable system at all just keeps freezing and give me intel(0):
intel_uxa_prepare_access: bo map failed: Input/output error

I just installed the beta 2 version of Kubuntu 11.04 which ships with
kde 4.6.2, I noticed that the blur effect which works fine with Kubuntu
10.10 no longer works. When I checked system settings I can see that
blur is enabled

Please guys. This thing is really becoming unbearable. Is there a way, a
work around this problem. I got an Intel card because I was told it
works better with linux. This as been the case till ubuntu 8.10 when the
Intel graphic performance for 965 took a nose dive which it never
recovered from.
I get X crashing on me now everyday. I have lost lots of works because
of this. Lucid is suppose to be an LTS(Support/Stable) or am I missing
something? The fact that such a critical bug is completely ignored (no
one is here to even guide us on how to better debug it, or confirm it,

I don't know if its any related to this blog, but graphic performance on
my kubuntu 9.10 just don't cut it. The whole system is so slow and
laddy. Is there anything I can do to improve performance. Maybe
downgrade to the version of xserver which ships with jaunty? :( . am
using the Intel GMi965
