during upgrade from 9.10 beta to 9.10 185-src package gave an error (grrr! ), 
retried in rescue mode, failed (noooohhh!!!),
this morning retried to finishe in rescue mode, suceeded (Owww yeah :D ),
i think / hope that it was due to the old kernel, nvidia driver and glx are 
working now, but after startup i got an error saying nvidia-185-kernel-source 
failed to install, (sorry i couldn't be more specific, still waking up and the 
problem somewhat resolved itself),
but it's very nice to see that the error-reporting works like a charm, nice 
job! (and no this is not irony, it's really nice to see that we can give some 
feedback).
