Public bug reported: A narrow blurred horizontal stripe is flickering about the mean height of a video in scenes with quick moving objects. The stripe is from the left to the right edge of the video. The stripe is sometimes located a little above or below the mean height of a video. My graphic card is the Sapphire ATI HD 7750. I tried xvid or x264 encoded videos with kaffeine/vlc/mplayer/smplayer and in all cases the stripes occure. If I boot the same computer with Windows and play a video then I don't have the described issue.
