Using Ubuntu GNOME Saucy Beta 1 when I suspend my laptop and I try to
resume it the screen remains black.
It doesn't have any relation with brightness because if I try to
increase brightness with the keyboard brightness buttons nothing
changes.

linuxbastard, check your kernel version. I had the same problem and I
noticed I was running 3.5.0-4-generic from xorg-edgers PPA. After
returning to the official repository's version (3.2.0) the
nvidia-173-updates package is working correctly on my machine.

I installed time ago Ubuntu 10.10 and stopped keyboard and mouse
freezing. Same hardware, no changes on it.

Hi,
I can confirm random X lock ups. Lenovo Thinkpad X200si. Cannot
replicate. Not sure which logs to include.
