Is there any hope, that this will be fixed soon? I have the same problem
since I updated to Ubuntu 13.10 and with this big Cairodock became
unusable. What can we do to help?

I can confirm big problems fglrx and new compiz version. I am using a
Radeon 4200 onboard device. But I cant confirm that disabling the v-sync
option in CCSM and compiz increases the situation. Its rather the
opposite. With this option disabled I have to wait some seconds until a
window follows my
