correction to the previous comment, I seem to get symbols correct
afteral, the confusing factor was that the "<>" key between left shift
and space had changed place with the left-top key "§°". Knowing that I
get all symbols I need. Dead keys just don't work as expected, e.g. the
tilde comes right a
This bug hit's me too with my old powerbook G4 17" with finnish
keyboard. The keyboard is the weird one that mac's ship with. Even I
used xmodmap to make the extra enter key on the right side of the space
and right apple key to be altgr, I only manage get some symbols correct.
Now I do get @ sign u
After a few updates, I haven't seen any reboots anymore. Will let you
know if anything happens again.

Xorg crash
Noticed that it happened a few times after I started keepass (with
mono). But when I tried to get a stacktrace, it wouldn't reproduce
anymore.
