update on this bug : I had to have my screen replaced by Dell because my screen
never got back to normal...
I'm now using Ubuntu 10.04, and everytime the screen is running out of power
the screen colors change to red only or green only. It gets back to normal
after rebooting. really scrary.

I had that too : pink or red screen,and after reboot back to normal.
but this time is different, the reboot doesn't change anything, and everything
is stayng green!!
I also have the RGBLED screen..
Please help !!

and also, since that, my brightness keys are not working anymore, and I
can't change the resolution with the battery plasmoid. he screen is
stuck in this dark state, although when KDE starts the screen gets very
light fot one second

On Kubuntu lucid fully updated with an DELL XPS 16 mobility radeon 4670, , my
battery was running low, I plugged the cable just when the computer started to
go to sleep, then the screen went pink, then green.
