Public bug reported: I use Dell Dock Station - D6000S and noticed in the latest two kernels an instability on my external monitors. I use two external monitors and they randomly stops showing the images for a couple of seconds. It's similar as if the usb-C connection to the docker got interrupt

Public bug reported: Flicker is occurring in my screen randomly. I've tried to disable the nvidia card and use the internal intel graphic card but issue is present in both cases. Noticed everytime this occur, dmesg logs show: [ 299.696671] ACPI Warning: _BQC returned an invalid level (20170831/
