I FIXED IT!!! Wh
the package was failing on the 2.6.32-24-generic kernel so I installed
the 2.6.32.25.27 one and then removed the failing one and fixedso

Removed the ppa,ran the "clean" and then the previous commands.

I tried to re-install the DKMS package and got this
E: nvidia-173: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error
exit status 10
E: nvidia-96: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit
status 10
E: nvidia-current: subprocess installed post-installation scrip
After a Nvidia purge and a install via terminal i get this
