stylus input is inverted after rotat

I'm using ubuntu 12.04 on a fujitsu t4215 with the fjbtndrv module to
get the phisical buttons working for screen rotation however the screen
orentation changes to landscape/portrait ect ect but the mouse becomes
inverted and i have been unable to fix this using vairous sugess
