I can also confirm on my ThinkPad T500 running Jaunty that the deb from the PPA does not resolve stuttering in flash video (e.g. fullscreen Hulu, embedded YouTube), but the fixmtrr shell script does: /proc/mtrr after installing the deb, before running fixmtrr.sh: reg00: base=0x07d00 ( 2000MB)
