bug confirms and still exists in Jaunty. affecting python idle, kile, matlab... I get very tired of clicking back and forth another windows whenever I need to save in Kile. I ended up uninstalling scim and now only type chinese in virtualbox. I agree with Christopher (#41) that this bug should be critical or at least high importance.
