I have just faced this and kbd_mode -s also fixed the issue for me. The
behavior started out of nothing (something I did without perceiving most
likely). I'm using:

I can confirm this bug too. But additionally I have noticed one more
interesting fact:
It seems that this bug affects only PCs with dedicated GPUs (AMD,

Yes, disabling SNA made fglrx-13 (13.6 beta) +
xserver-xorg-video-intel-2:2.21.6 work for me.

Hello I have this same issue in current precise pangolin snapshot, in a HP
Pavilion dv6 laptop.
I am not sure this to be an upstream issue because right click is working
perfecty in Debian 6.0 and also in OpenSuse 12.1, both tested with Gnome, but t
is not working in Ubuntu 11.10, nor in current
