i think it`s time for quit using ubuntu. when i remember back
reporting bugs to my other favourite distro, people/developers where
much more responsive there.

as this bugreport exactly fits to the issues i see with my system, i`m
posting this mail here for reference. the bug is fixed for 4 months in
upstream, so i`m curious why it`s still not fixed in ubuntu.

just sent this mail to three of the developers i found in the xserver-

now i found this bug after i know what i needed to search for (i was
