Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-input-evdev
X (I believe it's actually the evdev input driver) waits until the first detected non-emulated middle-click until it disables the middle-button emulation. It seems to me that with the new shiny X input stuff, it really ought to disable the emulation for specific devices as soon as they are plugged in and not wait until the first click with a real middle-button. ** Affects: xserver-xorg-input-evdev (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Middle button emulation auto-disabled too late https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/503375 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-input-evdev in ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
