bugs in libvdpau_radeonsi.so and amdgpu(or radeon) driver freeze the
system
To manage notifications
today ,I test 5.3.24 generic kernel ,and use mpv vdpau and vaapi
hardware acceleration to play video ,the system don't freeze up to now
for a day .The problem seems only occur in lowlatency kernel .

disable iommu or enable iommu by add "iommu=soft intel_iommu=off "
or "iommu=on intel_iommu=on" take the same result.But disable
intel_iommu it seems the graphical desktop response very smoothly.

on kernel 4.15 serires I have some times sucessfully login to dump
the kernel error message by ssh when the system was frozen . the
attachment was the dmesg error message dump several weeks ago.
