Installation works when I use kernel 2.6.36 (maverick, rc8) but as I
understand it, fglrx should work with .35 as well.

When I connect my HDTV via HDMI to my laptop, a thin stripe of my laptop
screen content shows up to the left on my TV. It's not much, a couple of

Often when I start X, I end up on a screen with a corrupted mouse
pointer (looks like a square with static and some strange characters).
TTY is spammed with error messages that also end up in syslog (see
below). Tried restarting

This bug was fixed by the last update. Don't know what caused it; I
downgraded from xorg-edgers to mainstream Karmic xorg and the issue
remained. Something else must have fixed it.
