It looks like the Intel driver thinks your laptop's display is
disconnected. This seems likely to be a mis-quirk where the intel
driver is trying to guess whether your laptop really has a screen or
not.
This particular behaviour was fixed in the
Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: xorg
I have Maxmedia netbook, and system don't see integrated display. Intel GME945
video and Intel Atom. I try to go display settings, and try to detect display
- no effect. And i try run Xorg -configure, and replace config file, but too
no effect.
