Public bug reported: I freshly downloaded Ubuntu desktop 10.10 (beta?) and installed it to my USB key from another Ubuntu. I launched the new 10.10 from USB key in test (live) mode for the first time, and I wanted to install nVidia drivers in it. It failed everytime with the same a strange error
