Thanks for reporting, but this is not a bug with fglrx. This happens
because you are using a custom Xserver from a PPA. The version of fglrx
(8.960) found in Ubuntu Precise/12.04 does not support Xserver 1.12.x
You'll either need to revert to the Xserver found in the Precise
repository or install
