Public bug reported: When trying to boot a VM running on Windows Server 2012 Release Candidate (Build 8400) with >1 virtual processor, the system will hang. With Precise, I'm unable to log in via SSH. However, with Quantal, I can log in with SSH and get the attached debug spew.
This appears to be specific to a Sandy Bridge based system (Intel Xeon E5-4620). I'm unable to repro on non-Sandy Bridge systems.
