Trevor Little, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an
issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development

Well, the stack trace looks similar, but not identical. As some
additional information, this happened to me on Ubuntu Desktop 12.04.
This trace seems to indicate that the Keyspan USB serial device was
closed right before the panic.

I have an identical kernel panic stack trace as seen by Tevor Little
above. I am also using a USA-19hs Keyspan serial to USB device.
I am not attempting to use ppp, or a dial up modem, or anything of that
sort. I am simply trying to read serial data be sent from the Keyspan
device. Not sure if

sent to the USR modem from the chat script: "ATS13.0=1".
