Someone else affected by this bug will have to test it again.
I can't test it or run the suggested command because I sold that
computer and built a new one based on intel HD 4000 graphics. I also
switched to Arch Linux.

issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development
release of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from
