Public bug reported: When attempting suspend the whole system just freezes, it attempts a suspend, disconnects the internet and wireless and then just freezes. It does not suspend and it isn't possible to 'resume' from this state without a hard reset. This is happening frequently, so much so that I seldom attempt a suspend now and instead either shutdown or hibernate, neither of which are especially convenient with a laptop (but slightly more so than a forced hard reset!).
